Company Settings

Understanding and Controlling the overall settings of the entire system needs separate control panels to focus on specific details, one such section is the COMPANY SETTINGS Panel. This section consists of the basic company details which are commonly used in legal and non-legal documents that are formulated for various uses like Estimates, Invoices, Contracts, etc.

1. COMPANY NAME #

Company Name is the major defining entity for the company. It is used at almost every step of working. This can be customized as per the company in the Company Settings section.

2. COMPANY EMAIL #

Company Email used for all official discussions, information, and transferring of any kind of electronic data is easy to use, accessible and efficient thus, it is widely used. This section allows feeding in the company email for user’s accessibility.

3. COMPANY PHONE #

Company Phone for easier telecommunications between the organization and third party. This section adds the company’s phone number which is accessible to users for direct communication when necessary. 

4. COMPANY WEBSITE #

The company website holds the link to the company’s official website which gives a detailed view into the working and history of any company. This allows a deeper view into the company’s working on a bigger platform for the audience. It is printed in various spaces in the company’s details.

5. COMPANY ADDRESS #

Company address is needed for any offline visit by the customer, client, or even a general audience. It is available in various documents of the organization.
