An employee, offering services in exchange for compensation, has their essential details recorded in the Employee section within the HR Module.
It records the data in a tabular manner which adds information for Name, Email, Role, Status, and Descriptive View along with the permissions for editing and deletion. One can look more clearly into an individual’s profile by clicking on the Employee’s name.
Employees can be added manually, with details inputted, or via invitation link, allowing them to complete the process. Additionally, there’s an option to export the recorded list for offline accessibility.
When we look individually into each employee’s profile, we get the opportunity to look deeper into their profiles by section. It offers the following sections for viewing:
PROFILE: #
- Dive into a detailed view of an individual’s personal and work-related information, including tasks, projects, and remaining work. Streamlined for easy understanding.
Projects: #
- Keep track of assigned projects with project names, team members, client details, project status, and deadlines. Options for editing, Gantt Chart view, archiving, and deletion are available. Add new projects or export the project list for offline access.
Tasks: #
- View and manage all tasks associated with different projects. Includes project details, due dates, and options for editing and deletion.
Leaves: #
- Record and manage employee leaves, indicating status (approved/rejected/pending) and leave category (casual/sick/earned). Admin can assign leaves, and the leave list is exportable.
Leave Quota: #
- Track allotted and taken leaves under each category for statistical insights.
Timesheet: #
- Record task completion times, including start and end times, total hours, and earnings. Add time logs and export the timesheet list.
Documents: #
- Collect and manage official documents for accurate record-keeping. Simplifies the documentation process by directly adding details and documents to the main database.
Emergency Contacts: #
- Store and manage emergency contact information for quick reference.
Ticket: #
Raise and address queries, problems, or issues through the ticket system, ensuring efficient communication.
Appreciation: #
- Recognize and document employee appreciation for achievements or exceptional work.
Shift Roster: #
- Organize and view employee shift schedules for effective workforce management.
Permissions: #
- Customize and manage individual roles and permissions within the organization.
Activity: #
- Track and review the activity log for comprehensive insights into employee actions and system changes.
